      Mundorf BL180 Baked Varnish Air-Core Inductors

      Mundorf BL180 air-core coils are engineered specifically for high-end loudspeaker crossover applications where acoustic purity and zero distortion are essential. Wound with high-purity Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) solid-core wire, these inductors feature Mundorf's specialised baked varnish (bonded wire) technology. During manufacturing, an additional varnish layer on the wire is melted, fusing the windings into a solid, mechanically inert mass. This eliminates microphonic coil vibration and mechanical resonance, delivering exceptionally clean signal transmission, micro-detail retrieval, and dynamic contrast.
