Do you carry stock?
Absolutely yes! We are not drop shippers, everything you see on the website is kept locally in stock, except where special order is specified. Of course, occasionally we may sell out of something, then these items will be on backorder.
How do I know if a Retro Radio will fit my car?

How can I check the exact colour of the acoustic cloth?
Screen representations of cloth colour may not be accurate, please order sample swatches first to confirm: Acoustic Cloth Samples
Do you install?
We don't offer an installation service ourselves, however we do recommend professional installation if needed.
Can I order over the phone or collect from your office?
Yes! We can take orders over the phone, just call us (02) 4872-1553. You can also buy and collect in person if you are near one of our offices, though not all stock is in both locations, call us first to check.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and direct deposit / telegraphic transfer. We also accept cash if buying in person at our offices.
Do I need to set up an account with you?
No, you can order without setting up an account, simply select 'Continue As A Guest' during checkout. If you plan to order again, then an account will make it easier for you next time, plus you can look up your previous orders. All details are securely stored.
Where do you ship from, and what currency is listed?
We ship out of either our NSW or Victorian warehouses, right here in Australia; occasionally orders may be sent in multiple shipments. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars, AUD. Prices shown include our local 10% GST / VAT; this is deducted for overseas orders.
Is delivery included?
Sadly no; because we ship all over Australia and the world, shipping and optional transit insurance costs are separate. These are shown during checkout, or you can view an estimation of shipping and the options from the shopping cart.
Will my entire order arrive in a single package?
Not always. Because we ship from both our New South Wales and Victorian warehouses, different items in a single order may occasionally be dispatched from separate locations. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each separate shipment.
Is transit insurance included with my delivery?
We offer optional Transit Insurance at checkout to protect your delivery against loss or damage while in transit. To protect your delivery, simply tick the Shipping Insurance Option checkbox on the shipping selection screen before proceeding to payment. Please note that if a delivery issue occurs, all shipments require a standard courier investigation to verify the transit status before any claims can be processed or settled.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! We ship to most countries around the world. In this case, our local 10% GST will be deducted during checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country upon delivery.
How do I check and change my account details?
First, sign into your account. Then click 'My Account', and then you can edit and update your personal details as required.
I've forgotten my password
Click the sign-in button, then click the link 'Forgot Password?' and fill in your email address.
Do my items come with a warranty?
Yes, all brand-new products sold on our website come with full manufacturer warranties valid within Australia. If an item develops a fault, please contact us first with your tax invoice details so we can guide you through the official manufacturer warranty process.
What if I have a problem with something I bought?
If applicable, please read the instructions and information on the website for the product first. Then double check any installation and assembly of the product for issues. If that doesn't help, call us on either of our office numbers listed above or email us. Make sure you have your invoice or order number handy so we can look up your order details.
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, or you have ordered incorrectly. However, we may offer a credit or refund at our sole discretion. To be eligible for consideration, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories, within 14 days of purchase. You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items. The amount refunded may have a restocking fee deducted. This does not preclude faulty goods or any protections covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and State Fair Trading laws.
