Monacor NTA-706SG Right Angle RCA Adapter - Gold Plated
    Part No.: 0062840

    Description:

A right-angle adapter with an RCA (phono) female socket on one end and an RCA (phono) male plug on the other, angled at 90°. Suitable for where space is limited, or where cables are too heavy and might be damaged if plugged in horizontally. It is also useful at the back of some car stereos, where there may be little room behind the head unit.

    Key Features:

    • 90° Right Angle: Turns the cable direction, so it runs down or sideways instead of straight out from the socket.
    • Gold Plated: Gold plated version, for high quality audio connections and good corrosion resistance.
    • Metal Body: A solid metal body with insulator in the socket.
    • Reduces Cable Strain: Helps protect both the cable and the socket from damage caused by tight bends.
    • Straight Through Connection: A simple one-to-one RCA adapter, with no electronics and no change to the signal.

    Typical Uses:

    • Connecting RCA cables behind car stereos and amplifiers where there is little space.
    • Subwoofer and amplifier connections where the cable would otherwise be bent sharply.
    • Home hi-fi and AV equipment placed close to a wall or in a cabinet.
    • Heavy or stiff RCA cables that could damage the equipment socket if left unsupported.

    Specifications:

    • Manufacturer: Monacor
    • Model: NTA-706SG
    • Part No.: 0062840
    • Connector type: RCA (cinch or phono) female socket to RCA male plug
    • Angle: 90°
    • Plating: Gold plated

    Installation Tips:

    • Plug the male end into the RCA socket on your equipment, then plug your RCA cable into the female end.
    • Make sure it is fully pushed in, so the connection is firm and the signal is not interrupted.
    • Allow room beside the equipment for the adapter body and the cable.
    • The adapter can sit close to nearby sockets, so check there is room if you are using several side by side.

    Check Before Ordering:

    • Check that the connection on your equipment is a standard RCA socket.
    • Check there is enough clearance for the adapter beside the socket.
