    Adjustable Electronic Timer Switching 250VAC or 30VDC 10Amp - Powered via 12VDC

QF-RD21 adjustable delay timing - turns on/off via relay module with variable delay time timer. The relay turns on when the trigger signal is applied, and then turns off after the set time once the signal disappears. Suitable for devices or projects that need a variable adjustable time setting. Note this device is required to be installed safely due to live voltages, professional use recommended.

    Technical data:

    • Supply Voltage: 12V to 24V DC (approx.)
    • Power consumption: <1.0W
    • Switched Output: 250VAC 10A or 30VDC 10A (maximum)
    • Output: Passive output (i.e. dry contact), relay Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NO) output. Do not exceed 10A maximum
    • Time ranges: (4 options, selected by DIP switch, adjustment then via rotary)
      • First range: range 0.2 seconds to 30 seconds, accuracy: 0.1 seconds
      • Second range: range 0.2 seconds to 300 seconds (5 minutes), accuracy: 0.3 seconds
      • Third range: range 0.2 seconds to 30 minutes, accuracy: 1.8 seconds
      • Four range: range 0.2 seconds to 300 minutes (5 hours), accuracy: 18 seconds
    • Input: Voltage signal, above 1.5V is the most effective signal, current needs at least 0.1mA, 30V DC maximum.
    • Dimensions: 70 x 25mm x 20mm (L x W x H approx.)
    • Screw Holes: centre distance 64.5mm; diameter 3mm (approx.)

    Instructions:

    • Time range setting:
      • When the red DIP switch is placed in the 30 position, it means 0-30 adjustable
      • When the red DIP switch is placed at position 300, it indicates that 0-300 is adjustable.
    • Adjustment of time value:
      • Adjustable resistance rotates counter-clockwise to the - direction of the number to reduce the time' clockwise to the + direction increases the time
    • Time unit setting:
      • When the red DIP switch is placed in the Sec position, the units are: seconds
      • When the red DIP switch is placed in the Min position, the units are: minutes
    • Example for setting a delay of 50 minutes:
      • The range is placed at 300 position
      • he time unit is placed in the Min position.
      • Rotate the adjustable resistance to the 50 position, adjust to 300, so adjust to 1/5 is 50.
    • Note: The potentiometer adjustment can also be quickly adjusted with the multimeter voltage. For example, the range is 30, and it needs to be adjusted to 12, then the voltage can be adjusted to 2. t=Ut/5*30=2.0V / 5.0V * 30 =12 Ut is the voltage measured by the multimeter, 30 is the range selected by the selector switch, and can also be selected to 300.
