Designed to create an airtight acoustic seal between mounting surfaces, this tape effectively prevents air leakage around woofer baskets, horn flares, terminal plates, and removable back panels. By maintaining airtight cabinet pressure, the MDM-20 optimises bass response and enclosure efficiency while dampening mechanical vibrations to prevent unwanted rattles.

• Application Technique: Apply the tape smoothly along the driver flange or cutout perimeter without stretching the foam, preserving its uniform 2 mm thickness.
• Joint Sealing: Cut butt joints cleanly at a slight angle where ends meet to prevent air gaps at tape connections.

Important System Caveats:
