Description
The 30 mm aerial hole stopper is a practical blanking plug designed to seal redundant body aerial holes on vehicle guards and fenders. If you are replacing a factory manual or power aerial with an internal glass mount or hidden aerial, this plug provides a clean, low-profile finish while protecting the bodywork underneath. Complete with a durable black plastic outer cap and a heavy duty metal backing washer, it clamps securely in place to block water and debris from entering inner guard cavities.

Installation & Fitment Warnings (Please Read Before Ordering & Installation):

• Hole Size Verification: Measure your vehicle's guard opening prior to ordering. Ensure the 30 mm outer diameter cap provides adequate overlap and full coverage across the entire circumference of the hole.
• Watertight Sealing Caution: Ensure the metal backing washer is correctly positioned flat against the underside of the guard sheet metal before tightening the nut. To prevent water ingress, moisture accumulation, and rust, applying a small bead of automotive silicone sealant around the underside of the cap is strongly recommended.
• Vibration Protection: Road vibration can cause mounting hardware to loosen over time. Applying a medium strength threadlocking compound to the nut threads during installation is recommended to keep the stopper firmly secured.
