Pricing, Freight, Warranty and Sales Policies
All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified. All Australian prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless specified. Prices shown are our online selling price and may vary if products are purchase via our dealers. Installation and / or accessories and / or delivery are not included in prices unless specified.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Errors in the publishing of the website may occur. If you have any concerns about the price, please e-mail us for a quotation. The quotation will remain valid for a stated period.
Please ensure that you are not viewing a cached copy of a web page from our site which may have out-of-date information. Refer to your browser help menu for more details.
We can accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, direct deposit (telegraphic transfer - subject to extra banking fees) and Australian cheque (subject to clearance). EFTPOS is also available in our offices. Credit card purchases will not be charged to your card until the goods are ready to be shipped. We request that the goods be shipped to the same address as your card billing address. Further identification or a copy of your card may be required. For your security we may charge a small amount to your credit card in order to verify it is actually your card; you will then be asked to confirm the amount charged in Australian $ to us. Then we will process the remaining amount and ship the goods.
Any special orders, custom work or custom made orders may be subject to full payment or a deposit before proceeding with the order. We will advise you of this upfront.
Freight and Insurance
Freight, postage, insurance or shipping is not included in the product price. Note that shipping will be calculated according to cubic weight or dead weight, whichever is the greater.
Overseas deliveries can be made to many locations. Please be aware that we are not responsible for your country's particular importation rules, charges & taxes and that you may be subject to extra costs. Limits apply to some countries as to weight, shipping methods and insurance.
During the checkout, insurance is added by default to the total and you are required to specifically decline insurance during checkout. If insurance is declined you liable for any losses or damages to the order. Note that insurance is not available to all locations across the world due to postal restrictions. We cannot accept any responsibility for uninsured goods. Please advise us within 48 hours of any damages that you think has occurred during the shipping of items. Deliveries should be opened while in the presence of the courier whom delivered the items.
All goods except valves are guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase for defects due to manufacturing, unless otherwise specified. Valves are covered by a 3 month warranty. The original sales receipt or proof of purchase is required to validate the sales date. We cannot warrant any devices into which our products are installed or for any damage to our device not caused by a manufacturing fault. This does not preclude anything covered under various Australian Federal or State Government Fair Trading Laws. If you are having a problem, please e-mail us or call us first for assistance, we may be able to solve the problem over the phone.
If you change you mind, we may be able to offer you a credit or in some circumstances a refund. Most items are eligible for consideration if unused, in original condition and packaging with all accessories or unopened within 14 days of purchase. They must be returned at your cost including insurance against any loss or damage. The original or a legible copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase is required to validate the sales date and / or serial numbers. Credit or refund on returns is solely at our discretion and you must contact us beforehand; the amount refunded may have a 15% restocking fee deducted plus any shipping, handling, import / export, Government charges, packing or insurance charges are not credited or refunded. Change of mind returns on special orders, custom-made goods, modified products, cut goods, software, recorded audio or video products are not accepted. This does not preclude faulty goods or anything covered under various Australian Federal or State Government Fair Trading Laws. If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us or call us first.
