Upgrade of ViseeO MBU-1000, MBU-2000 or MB-2 FirmwareWe can perform firmware upgrades to the MBU-1000, MBU-2000 or MB-2. Upgrades include compatibility with more and newer phones (such as the iPhone) and more Mercedes-Benz vehicle configurations. Please note all units we sell have the latest firmware available at that time. You must order this upgrade like ordering a normal item as the return shipping / insurance is calculated. We will only charge you when the unit is received from you and upgraded. Please return the unit safely to:
If sending from overseas, please clearly mark the package as unit for repair, to be returned otherwise you will be charged extra for customs fees. You are responsible for the safe shipment of the unit to us, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. The unit will be upgraded usually within 4-5 business days. |
