Australian Mapping CD for Mercedes-Benz, Audio and Volkswagen Factory Navigation Systems

Note there will NOT be a V17 of this disc produced, V16 is the latest.

Especially developed for the Australian market, with many added and updated features over previous versions. Still have an earlier disc, even the one that came with the car? Upgrade now! Please check Mercedes, Volkswagen and Audi table below for compatibility with installed Bosch / Blaupunkt DX (CD) Navigation Systems. Note some more vehicles and years may be possible due to variations in manufacturing and models codes, plus some units may have been fitted with the navigation system after the vehicle was sold. This is an original licensed disc, not a copy.

Please note: Inclusion of features may vary by car navigation system manufacturer, so not all features may be available.

Version 16 Australian map data includes (This is the Latest, Current Version):

  • Road data current to the 2009 UBD releases
  • 99% coverage of the Australian population
  • Improved rural road coverage providing improved navigation to rural addresses
  • More than 13,000 km of new roads
  • Over 610,000 points of interest including:
    • More than 7,900 banks and ATMs
    • More than 6,700 petrol stations
    • More than 14,000 hotels and motels
    • More than 30,000 restaurants
  • Major new roads including:
    • Eastlink, Pakenham Bypass, Dandenong Southern Bypass, Deer Park Bypass in VIC.
    • Lane Cove Tunnel, Tugun Bypass, Albury Wodonga Bypass in NSW.
    • D'aguilar Highway Exit, Caloundra - Mooloolaba Road in QLD.

Please note that there are exceptions to the attached compatibility list. This map update is suitable for navigation systems that currently run a Bosch / Blaupunkt CD map disc in the original system. Before purchasing please confirm that you have a CD-based system by ejecting your current map disc from the navigation system and checking for the CD-ROM logo, as follows: (see also Navigation Units Below).
