The Eichmann Topper

Utilising the same fractal math derived technology used in the eXpress Power Enhancing Cable, the Topper provides a highly effective way to reduce resonance (vibration) and improve the performance of audio and video components and loudspeakers.

The Topper is a unique invention that controls resonance on the surface of components and speakers, and as such represents another example of lateral out-of-the-box thinking. Internal resonances together with external sound waves can adversely affect low-level signals running through every capacitor, resistor, transistor or tube within a component. Loudspeakers also suffer from vibration due to mechanical energy from the drivers and sound pressure waves within the enclosure itself. These resonances mask detail, add colouration, cause smearing of sound and a reduced sound stage. The Topper controls resonance by preventing the accumulation of standing waves and disrupting the transference of resonance to component areas that may be adversely affected. The result is:

• Cleaner, more focused sound
• Reduced upper bass haze and overhang
• Increased low level detail
• Improved sound stage

Audio and video components including CD/DVD players, digital converters and processors, amplifiers, tuners and loudspeakers can be improved in these ways by the use of the Topper. The Topper will also attenuate resonance on the surface of the furniture and windowpanes within the listening environment.

Audio and video components including CD / DVD / SACD Players, digital analog converters (DACs) and processors, amplifiers, tuners, loudspeakers and more! The Topper will also attenuate resonance on the surface of furniture and windowpanes within the listening environment if they are a problem.

Installation

Components:

The Topper positioned on top of a DVD Player.

Position three Toppers on the top surface of components - ideally with each Topper directly above:

  • The transformer and power supply.
  • Transport system of a CD / SACD / DVD Player.
  • Any other area prone to vibration.

Speakers:

The Topper positioned on top of a loudspeaker.
Position three Toppers - parallel and slightly apart on the top of a speaker, close to the front baffle (logo facing out).

For speakers, position three (3) Toppers parallel and slightly apart on the top of a speaker, close to the front baffle. The differences will be tied to overall system resolution - the higher the system resolution the more the improvements will be heard. The Topper is not for everybody, but discerning audiophiles will appreciate enhanced musicality and overall system improvement.

Note: For furniture items, glass windows or the side of speakers use thin double-sided tape for easy attachment.
