Beijer Automotive BCI-6HB High Beam Trigger Output for Driving Lights and Spotlights

Are you looking to add in spotlights to your vehicle and want to make the installation as seamless as possible? This interface is the ideal solution to help you access the car computer signals trigger spotlights, driving lights, fog, flood and exterior lights. By reading the high-beam signal from the car's computer, you avoid problems with warning lights and errors, blown fuses and dodgy wiring!

Whether you have bar lights, off road lights or work lights to install, this interface makes it simple to install them. Check the compatibility of your vehicle on the list below!

The BCI-6HB is a truly universal CAN interface. It supports many makes and models with a CAN Bus system as listed below. This means that only one unit is required as it covers all the vehicles listed without any extra programming! Note that once installed, it is locked to that vehicle. We can reprogram them if required at additional cost.

Connecting a BCI is quick and easy. Once connected to a power supply, a ground and two CAN wires, the BCI will automatically determine the car make and type, after which it will send a normal trigger signal to the output which then would connect to your spot light relay. Plus with the help of the free in-car instruction via an Internet login that comes with every module, locating the CAN connections in the car is easy too from the huge online database. Trigger may follow either the high beam switch or the actual high beam lights, depending on the vehicle's programming.

Note: In some rare cases, the high beam signal may not follow the main headlights and activate even if they are off. This is because normally high beam is only one when the main head lights are on due to the car's programming, but in some cases the module will read the position of the high beam switch itself and turn on even when the main lights are off.
