Cutting holes in speaker boxes has always been a time consuming job, often with less than perfect results - wrong size, uneven edges, much sanding required etc. Now we have the solution - JasperAudio precision circle jigs make light work of cutting holes. You can even make a rebate to mount the driver level with the wood panel!

Jasper Tools manufactures precision router jigs for cutting circles, mortises and arcs with a plunge router. The jigs are manufactured in the USA to high quality standards and accuracy. Jasper Tools have the first one pass circle jig that requires no trial cuts. No sanding will be required to get a precision circle cut-out every time.

Model 200
The Model 200 Jasper Circle Jig was designed primarily for making speaker cut-outs and flush mounting speaker drivers. Hole sizes from 2 1/4 inches to 18 3/16 inches in diameter, in 1/16 inch increments.

Model 350
The JasperAudio Model 350 was developed to eliminate the need to drill a pivot hole in the work piece.

Model 400
The Model 400 JasperAudio Circle Jig was designed primarily for making smaller speaker cut-outs, particularly for tweeters and midranges, plus it can also flush mounting speaker drivers. Hole sizes from 1 inch to 7 1/2 inches in diameter, in 1/16 inch increments.
